The short version: we make things by hand, you buy them, and the law protects you either way.

Prices

All prices are in pounds sterling. We are not VAT registered, so no VAT is charged. Delivery costs are shown at checkout before you pay.

Your order

When you order, we'll email you to say we've received it. The contract between us starts when we confirm your order has been dispatched. If we can't fulfil your order, we'll tell you and refund you in full.

Handmade means unique

Everything is made by hand, so colour, texture and finish will vary a little from the photos and from one piece to the next. That's rather the point.

Delivery

We currently deliver within the UK only. Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days. Once your order is delivered, it's yours, along with responsibility for it.
